"This has been Sold" Wurlitzer 1937 model 616A.

Here's a project jukebox if your interested in finding one. It's a wurlitzer model 616A made in 1937 with a light up kit which was installed around that time to try to update the box to look updated like the newer models. I have only plugged this jukebox in once, just for these photos, and that is all thats been done, I was afraid to even do that without doing some rewiring. This box has been in storage for many years. We were told that it was working before it was stored. The light up kit on this jukebox we beleave, was made by Gerber & Glass.

This jukebox is going to need some work, here is a photo of the inside of the back with the doors off. Here is a photo of the right side of the box. Here is a another photo of the left side, and looking at the back again another photo with the back two doors on. It looks like it is missing a piece of wood just under the lower door. The front door glass is broken at the right top corner and this window frame has pulled apart and will need to be reglued. The plug wire and wires to the amp., and other wires here and there look like they will need to be replaced.
